# การนำเข้าข้อมูลพนักงาน

เป็นการเพิ่มข้อมูลพนักงานแบบนำเข้าข้อมูลจำนวนมาก โดยมีขั้นตอนดังนี้

* คลิกปุ่ม "Template File" เพื่อ download เอกสาร Template สำหรับใช้เป็นเอกสารในการนำเข้าข้อมูล

หากมีเอกสาร Template อยู่แล้วไม่ต้องทำการ Download เอกสารใหม่

* ทำการกรอกข้อมูลตามรูปแบบ Template จนครบจำนวนพนักงานที่ต้องการ
* ทำการบันทึกเอกสาร โดยกำหนดให้เป็นเอกสาร .xlsx หรือ .xls

* คลิกปุ่ม "Import\*.xls"

* ทำการเลือกเอกสารข้อมูลพนักงานที่บันทึกไว้
* คลิกปุ่ม "Open"
* ระบบจะทำการนำเข้าข้อมูลพนักงานโดยอัตโนมัติ
